Shower was barely hot and despite asking was not fixed. no breakfast buffet was provided after being told we would have it, instead we were given a voucher for a basic breakfast that was average at best. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. I have only one small complaint. The ironing board needs to be replaced in the room. I would stay again if I ever visit the area again.
