The room was really nice! It was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and professional. I have no negatives with this property. It was a good location for a Smoothie King concert. I definitely recommend this property.

I didn't feel there was anything great about the hotel. The staff I felt was not friendly. I stopped at the front desk twice and both times, I had the feeling like I was inconveniencing the clerk. I asked if I could request a late check out and I got a long stare followed by a " call in the morning". I then said what time should I call? early!!! The dates on your site are wrong. I arrived on Wed, June 04 and departed on Sat, June 07 In our room we had an empty bottle of shower gel. I asked the housekeeper if we can have it re-filled. The housekeeper did not speak English, and it was very hard to communicate with her. I had to walk her to the bathroom and demonstrate that the bottle was empty. The side doors of the hotel were always locked and could not be opened by our key, even after hours. Exact same breakfest during the entire stay at the hotel.

Homewood Suites is my home when I am in town for Jazz Fest! I have stayed here the last 3 years and we will continue the tradition! Friendly employees, clean hotel, 24hour coffee, and a delicious breakfast that changes daily. I also really love the indoor pool - although I do wish there was a jacuzzi (pro tip - take down your own towel to dry off..the ones provided are more like hand towels). Location is very walkable! Caesars, Outlets, Mississippi River, Bourbon Street, many food choices...and Rouses Market (get food to leave in your room for late night snacks or jazz fest snacks!) I miss NOLA already!!

The staff here is amazing, so friendly. Hotel is clean. The only thing to budget for that is not detailed in the price, is there is several taxes, at checkout. Travelers tax, Superdome tax, and a couple of others. This is in no way reflective of the staff or property. I am writing this only to give future travelers a heads up to budget accordingly.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The location was super convenient for our weekend activities, and the in-room kitchen helped us save money for some of our meals, as well as the complimentary breakfast, which was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. We stayed with our toddler, and the hotel was very family friendly. We will certainly be back!
