Everything was actually just fine except that there was no hot water due to a mechanical issue that forced them to turn it off. Therefore, no shower for us! I do appreciate that our bill was reduced by them.

This place is pretty beat up. Hot water was not working, which they did warn me about, but that was just for starters. One elevator, of 2, was not working, TV in the room would not turn on. Upon leaving the automatic doors were not working, so I had to leave through a side door. Individually each of these things are not a big deal, but in totality it speaks to the wear and tear on this hotel.
