Our stay at the JW Marriott New Orleans was excellent. The service and hospitality were top-notch — every staff member was welcoming and attentive. The hotel was spotless, from the lobby to the rooms, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to the French Quarter, top restaurants, and nightlife. My room was clean, however the iron didn’t work. I called down to get another iron and was told they will send one up. I still to this day never received the iron. The water pressure was ridiculous and it made a loud thumping sound every time someone showered. If it wasn’t for Louis in valet and the bar staff I would have given my overall stay a 1.
