This LaQuinta was a complete disappointment, despite a 3.9 rating. Housekeeping had left a dirty pillowcase on the floor from the previous guest. The "white" comforters were smelly and dingy gray with brown stains. There was no top sheet between the person and the comforter; in fact, the top sheet was put on top of the comforter to cover up how dirty it was. The bathtub faucet didn't just drip, it ran and gurgled all night. Someone had put a fist through the bathroom door. There was mold along the floor in the bathroom and paint peeling off the walls throughout the room. The room smelled like dirty socks. I'm not a snobby person and I have stayed at LaQuinta in the past...in Monterey, CA. I've seen LaQuinta as a clean, refreshing accommodation that is a good value for the money. LaQuinta West Bank is NONE of those things!

The staff was great but the room wasn’t! The water in the shower would not turn off completely so it was constantly running. Also. drainage in shower and sink was bad. The room had a musty smell . The bed however was comfortable.

The room seemed in poor condition, there was a hole in the bathroom wall with paper or something stuffed in it. There was no shower curtain. The property in general was poorly maintained. I checked into another hotel after being in the room for about an hour.

The rooms are tiny and not clean. Smelled like smoke when we walked in and the door barley locked. The sheets and linens smelled like mildew. We checked out after the first night instead of staying 2 and had to find another hotel.
