Room was in great condition. Staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate but all 5 of our rooms weren’t available. They blamed a 3rd party for over booking. They comped us a room to make up for it but we were left with incorrect rooms and no balcony in one. Our group had 5 rooms total double deluxe balconies. The coffee ran out early and wasn’t relished and the bar/restaurant wasn’t open on Sunday not sure if that is normal or not.

Gross hotel. First room had a fan to dry our carpet, next to some kids playing rap music, smelled so gross it gave me an asthma attack. We moved to second room which had no heat and got down to 56 degrees because the heater did not work. They had nowhere else to let us go, no sleep because we were freezing. The girl at desk told us Walmart delivered 24hrs, so we waited till Midnight for our order, only to find out she lied to us. Had to cancel order and go to a local grocery store after we showered. Never again. They should have refunded us all our money, not just $50. Bar and Bar Tender was awesome, though!!!

Clean, functional and friendly staff. Bit run down, the room smelled, & did not have an operable window to get some fresh air. The toilet was running the entire time even after maintenance staff came and temporarily stopped it, but ran all night. We got a notice letter indicating that they would be shutting off water from 1pm to 2pm, but then they shut the water off around 11pm…at least the toilet stopped running after that!

My husband and I loved our stay here. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the lock pad to our room, they immediately tried fixing the issue and when they couldn’t, they upgraded us to a balcony room. Hotel is extremely clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is walkable to everything in the French quarter but far enough away that it’s quiet and perfect place to get some R&R. My husband and I will definitely be booking again for our next trip.
