Nice room and bathroom. The "historic" bar is a letdown . Friendly service. TV malfunctioned our last night. Some glitches with maid service. Location is a bit of a walk from the French Quarter. But overall a place we'd stay at again.

First and foremost, this is the 2nd time I have stayed at the JUNG and the hotel is beautiful. the room and staff are amazing. SAM!!! YOU ARE DOPE. you made me and my sisters feel like VIP the way you went above and beyond for us. if you go to THE JUNG, ask for Sam. now the area surrounding this hotel is a bit sketchy some unwanted people would come through which is annoying and, in the future, would change the vibe of this hotel. I feel like they need to add SECURITY SECURITY to prevent unwanted visitors from coming and staying at the hotel. I hope when I visit NOLA again, I can stay here.

The property is conveniently located near Bourbon Street, which was awesome. The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious. The staff was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I would most definitely stay at this property again

si did a little research and the hotel part of the property is in the hands of the lender. Skeleton staff, restaurant hours were cut but then the restaurant was not open at all. It is beautiful in the pictures it is a bit worn, no microwave, tiny fridge. BIG ISSUES with hot water and water pressure, so sad to see a grand property in this condition

While we did encounter a nice guy upon our arrival, some of the staff is very unprofessional. I asked a simple question and was berated, laughed at, and treated all around terribly. & while the situation was handled in the end, it should have never happened. People should be treated with respect; not because I’m a customer, but simply because I am a person and I was not disrespectful. Based on the extremely rude staff members, the stains in the bathroom, and the hair in the shower that we, thankfully, didn’t use (bc the room was used to get ready for an event) I would not recommend this property.

The Jung hotel is in a central location. We didn’t have to travel more than 20 mins to get to anything we wanted to do. The staff was very accommodating and made our stay very memorable.

The size of the room (2 queens) was great! Had 2 chairs, bar table, desk, huge shower, 2 sinks, fridge, coffee! Quiet area, street car right out front, and the pool was amazing. Would stay here again and will tell anyone I know going to new Orleans to stay there for sure. And price was good comparatively, but the Jung rooms were much bigger than others close to price

We stayed here for a week during our time in NOLA. Very walkable and surprisingly quiet area. Bed and pillows were comfy and we slept great every night! The pool was nice, just a little cold. Housekeeping cleaned our room every other day but did not refresh shower items so keep that in mind if you’re staying longer, but wasn’t an issue for us. Great value for what you get. I’d recommend staying here again!

Loved it!

Great stay very clean and staff was nice but I will would have know there’s only 1 trash can in the room which was in the bathroom and no microwave but that did not affect my stay
