Room was nice, no hot water both days and if you wanted breakfast or complimentary cofee you had to get in your car and drive down the road to the main hotel. Breakfast is not worth the hastle. They are supposed to take some $ off our stay.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at one of the Berlin Heritage Inn's properties. This stay was at the carriage house which is right off the main street in Berlin. Very convenient location which is a short walk up into town. Our room was large with a jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Very clean and very nice. There is no breakfast on site, but you can go eat at their main location which is within walkable distance too. We had our meals in town at the Boyd and Wurthmann restaurant and the Downtown Diner. The reason I mention where we ate is because the cherry pie at the diner was outstanding. The best. We visited on Thursday night and all-day Friday. So, the weekend crowds hadn't arrived yet.

First time staying here after reading positive reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly, the price was affordable, and the rooms were clean and quiet. Also for the cost to have breakfast included was such a nice bonus. The breakfast also wasn’t just muffins and other grab and go items, there was a waffle station, hot sausage gravy with biscuits, premade egg and cheese omelets, instant oatmeal, bagels and cream cheese, and a few other items I’m not recalling. We did not leave hungry. Would definitely recommend!

Yes the rooms were clean and breakfast fresh daily the only thing that needs to change is i needed safty bars the toilet was very low and the tub very deep both were scarey to me to use but other then that we enjoyed ourselves thank you

The room was beautiful. The cabin is very new and clean.. We enjoyed the pond and fishing. A couple of things that would be helpful is first a list of the numbers to find the tv stations and second microwavable bowls and containers. The cabin has a beautiful microwave with no microwavable bowls.

We were happy with the Berlin Heritage Inn and would stay there again. The staff at the front desk seemed overwhelmed when we arrived, as there were 3-4 people waiting to check in. The breakfast wasn't what we really expected, mostly microwaveable options.
