Staff was fine but difficult when there is a language barrier with housekeeping. No foot towel for stepping out of the tub, so I had to ask for one of those. No hand towels available and there was only one washcloth. Other than that, I was fine with the accommodations.

Twice now the house keepers have enter the room while it is occupied without a valid, knock at the door before entering the room the first time I was naked and I didn’t say anything, but the second time is outrageous. Knock before entering the room wait for answer Jesus.

I went there from coming from a different state for thanksgiving. Me and my brother was checking in and they said we both need id . My brother didn’t have a driver license which he was 16 . Never in my life seen a that before

We stayed here because it was actually the least expensive place to stay for extended stay. Even though we found the price to be way too high for the area and the place. It was pretty unkempt, a bit dirty, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, the toilet was positioned partially under the sink counter and the button to flush it was on top of the toilet, so we had to reach under the counter, feel around for the button in order to flush the toilet. The toilet paper holder was on the opposite far wall where it couldn’t be reached if you were sitting on the toilet so we always had to have the toilet paper sitting on the counter in order to have it handy. It was insane!! The bathtub had no bath mat or anything to prevent slipping and it was very slippery. And guess what, I slipped in the tub and went down head first, hit my head, elbow and knee. My son and daughter had to run and pick me up off the tub floor. The next day my son ran out and bought a cheap rubber mat for the tub, smh! The place was noisy as well. There were always guests screaming and fighting in the hallways, or kids running around. The front desk sat behind a bulletproof glass and there was a nighttime security guard that sat in the lobby all night. Pretty scary stuff. We hardly ever came out of the room. I mean, nothing unsafe ever happened but we were always on guard. So, I’m sorry to say, book your stay somewhere else. We stayed because we had no choice.
