The staff were lovely and very friendly. The hotel itself was extremely disappointing. There was only 1 elevator in service , an ATM that didn’t even work, no room service and the rooms were not what I would expect from the Hilton brand.

The hotel was overbooked apparently and, only upon check in, we were informed that the Upper Management had decided to forgo our 2 queen bed room for 2 separate king bed rooms. We were traveling with our 10 year old. These rooms were not adjoining and we were giving no choice in the matter. Our room was books months prior and at no time was I connected regarding this overbooking issue. The booking included the fact that we were traveling with a minor child. This situation was not okay.
