Receptionist gave me a key card that didn't work, ended up having to ride the elevator up and down before getting a new key, and second time around I got 2 new key cards and one was still not working. Elevator is slow, and super busy around 5pm. Noticed all the cleaning staff were taking up half the elevators between 5 and 5:30pm, but sure why they do room cleaning so late in the day.

Decent hotel for the price in NYC. They do a decent job of extra perks like free breakfast, water in the room, and a $25 credit for general purchases. The gym is terribly inadequate though. I would stay there again.

Had an amazing experience. The room is extremely tiny, so if you don’t like confined areas this isn’t the hotel for you. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was perfect. Would stay again!
