Every staffs were really nice! They were so kind and helpful. Even though we had noisy people right next to our room three days in a row, we loved this hotel's location and parking lot, and cleanliness.

Best Hotel Bargain Close to Manhattan

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. This was our third time here and we were quite impressed with the recent renovation. This is probably the best bargain in NYC with the least expensive quality rooms, free parking and a free outstanding breakfast. We'll definitely return.

Not the best hotel but we choose this hotel because of its location and it has under building parking with elevator access. However, the parking lot was closed without advance notice. It was a hassle looking and parking in another hotel. Definitely not fun walking across the street with luggage in a stormy weather, especially for a handicap person.

Hotel could use a few improvements. Tiny, but very clean bathroom with a great shower. Room was small, but somewhat dated. Bathroom sink was in the room the minute you walked in. Kind of odd. it was a one night stay. but overall we were happy with it. Big plus was the Spanish restaurant on the premises. The food and service there were great. Also, hotel staff very pleasant.
