It was central which was good. Some of the staff in reception were very rude some were friendly. The room was very tired and tatty. Paint feeling off the walls in the room and ceiling in the bathroom, very basic certainly not a 4 star more like a 2 star hotel. Very disappointed with the room. Worse 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. Would not return to this hotel.

On arrival the lady in reception was a bit off really. A bit rude as we both had misunderstandings re booking. However after that she seemed fine. The size of the room for NYC was a really good size for the price. The shower floor wasn’t the best but plenty of hot water, towels & shower gel/shampoo. Asked for a coffee machine which was put in almost immediately and hit plenty if coffee pads. Our friends arrived before us and were told the rooftop terrace wasn’t open due to construction. This wasn’t highlighted on the website or told prior our visit & that was one of the reasons we booked it. That was disappointing. Apart from these little niggles our stay was fine.

This property for claiming to be a four star was horrible. No adjustable lights to be able to see, the air conditioning was not working, there was no basic coffee/tea service in the room. You could not even get the front desk to answer when you called down.Terribly disappointed in the price of this hotel and the experience we had.

Luminous and spacious room, with a small fridge and a microwave oven. no table or chair to sit, though. Clean and well stocked bathroom, very good hot water. There a nice gym available too. Poor internet connection over WiFi. Noisy street on weekend nights due to drivers honking their horns incessantly on slow traffic.

Horrible. Will never stay there again. Traffic was so loud that I was not able to sleep all night. There was constant honking and traffic noise all through the night. Hallways smelled like a trashroom. Would not recommend. Best part was the front desk people, they were super nice.

The front of house staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff who cleaned the room were also very pleasant and efficient. Very enjoyable stay. Very good location, nothing to complain about.
