The area wasn't as pretty as other spots in the city, but the location to the Highline, Times Square, and Penn Station was great. The hotel staff was incredible! Every one of them was kind, helpful, and enjoyable. We came for a girls' weekend and left very happy and relaxed. We appreciate everyone at the hotel.

I rated several items as 3 stars because this hotel/apartment building is clearly under renovation. The rooftop wasn't open, the hallway lights were flickering, and something about the rooms just felt a bit off. It's obvious that construction is ongoing, which definitely affects the overall vibe. While I understand that things take time, I don’t believe this property currently deserves the 4- or 5-star ratings others have given. It makes me wonder if those reviewers might be connected to the staff in some way. Given the current condition, I wouldn't say it was worth the price they charged for two nights. Maybe once renovations are complete, it'll be a different story—but as of now, it’s a solid 3-star stay.

Bedroom smelled like vomit. Overall property is very dark. Nice entrance and nice looking room but the smell in the bed just did not work for us.

Lights didn't work for the bed frame, lamp didnt work, i was told by an employee i could park in front of her car on a sunday and i ended up getting a $115 ticket. Staff was a bit feisty whenever a question was asked it felt like i was bothering them. No parking.

I think there was blood on the floor in the room we were in. Could also hear the room next to us arguing and getting freaky. It was a good location for first-timers, being central to everything. I think if you're desperate for accommodation, this place is good. Great rooftop. The rooms have potential, just need to update furniture, and soundproof.

I really don't want to talk about it but it was just a really bad experience half of the building people lived in half of the buildings hotel I didn't even know that at first the air conditioner didn't work then someone came and fixed it and to make matters worse it smell like mold it didn't feel like either regular typical hotel it was just worse stay there if you want to to experience it yourself and see what I'm talking about I've tried to turn a negative into a positive but it's impossible

We were overall pleased with our 3 night stay. Easy to get to the subway to travel up or downtown. Althoigh we were disappointed that the tv channels available did not include local NYC channels. Was.a.little weird.

They are trying, but it wasn't a good experience.

The bathroom was recently redone, and was cleaned pretty well. The rest of the space is very tired and dirty, and either needs a profoundly deep cleaning or more likely a full replacement. It's clear they are trying, but the place needs some investment in resources (which likely would also raise the price-point). I definitely wouldn't stay there again. I should mention all the people we interacted with at the desk were very nice.

The location is great—very close to Times Square. There’s a front desk lady who’s absolutely wonderful: she’s light-skinned, a bit chubby, super friendly, and really cute. However, the hotel room was small and had dark-colored walls, which made it feel even smaller. Also, there’s no parking available. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay there again.
