Jessy on reception was a delight, so friendly and helpful. Our suite was super spacious with two toilets, a huge shower and kitchenette facilities. Chris on maintenance also repaired a blind for us as soon as we reported it. Loved our stay!

Staff were amazing (especially Jessie!! 12/10!) Room was a good size and clean Bathroom did show some wear and tear (bottom of the shower tiles were broken). Easy distance from Times Square and subway routes - about a 10 min walk.

We had a great experience at Truss Hotel. The receptionist Jessy was extremely helpful and friendly. She provided exceptional service and created such a positive experience. The room was spacious and close to the convention. I would deff book here again :)

The rooms are renovated and clean, the halls are basic but nice. The staff always said hello upon entry which was nice. No coffee in the rooms, needed to walk to get some in the early AM, not the safest area early in the morning or late at night, but it’s fine during the day.

Exceptional Hotel

Jessy at the front desk is THE BEST concierge I've ever met. Place was spotless. Quiet. Easy walk from Penn Station. Area felt safe day and night.

Great staff, immediate response to any problems. Very clean and comfy. I would have preferred a walk in shower instead of the deep tub. The area needs more close restaurants but I assume that the area will grow.

We were only at this hotel from midnight to checkout. When I stepped in the elevator I knew. The walls need to be painted, dirty and scuff marks all over. This includes the room. The showers were old and looked dirty. There was Cheerios on our floor.
