Good for short stays.

I didn’t spend much time in the hotel room. But the hotel did feel a bit outdated and the room felt in overall aging condition. My friends stayed a block away at a Delta by Marriott which felt like a step up from where I was staying. Nonetheless, it was good value.

Parking was a nightmare but the front desk receptionist was a delight. She helped us secure a reasonable parking space. She needs a raise, She is so pleasant and friendly.

Property is clean and conveniently located. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in time is 4pm, though, which is not great. They can store your bags while you wait for your room, but it will set you back $2 per bag. It's not much but guests should not be made to pay for storage, especially when they release the rooms so late in the day.

So I got the non refundable room so I didn't expect much. The room was fine. The noise wasn't bad at all. Just wish they had somewhere to sit in the room besides the bed. The chair in the room was not made for adults over 5' 4" and 125lbs. I'll would go with an upgraded room next time. Also the rooftop was cool with a good view.

Very nice, basic hotel

For the price, this is a really nice hotel in the heart of NYC, close to public transport. Clean, well maintained and spacious rooms. I will stay here again. This is not a luxury hotel but worked very well for us

This is most definitely not a 4* hotel. Rooms were tired and the bathroom just didn’t look clean with black mould around the shower area zero hot water no hot water at all duvets looked stained.

Super nice hotel, very close to almost everything as a tourist. 10 mins away walking distance to Times Square. Super great service as well, very nice people. Clean Bed, clean everything really. I don’t think there is a better option considering the price and how affordable it is.

No frills hotel at a good price between Times Square and Hudson Yards. There is no food or vending machine in the premises though you can ask for a coffee maker at front desk. Staff was helpful.
