Property is good, but rooms are way too much tiny. Good for 1-2 day stay. Rooms lakes amenities like microwave, fridge. For Us AC was not working, technician fixed it at 2 in the night. Note: everytime very very long queue to use elevator going in/out of the hotel.

Overall a good experience. We loved that they held our luggage while we waited to be able to check in and once we checked out and waited for our flight. The hotel luggage porter was super nice and friendly! 4/5 because we did notice the sheets had a couple stains on them and the location is convenient but a lot of homeless activity nearby. Good option overall!

My family had a nice time during our NY trip. The staff was nice but the hotel needs more elevators to accomadate the 35 plus floors. The ice machines are only on the even floors and there is no microwave or minifridge to use. When we come back to NY, we will be using another hotel.

The hotel’s location was very convenient, and our room was kept very clean, which we appreciated. However, the service desk staff could have been a bit more friendly and accommodating. Also, the elevators were limited, with only two working, leading to long waits. Despite these issues, it was a decent stay, but improvements in service and elevator maintenance would make a big difference.

Property is in a great location. But the hotel is in desperate need of some upgrades. It appeared very run down. We waited 20 minutes for an elevator and consistently waited for one up and down throughout our stay. No fridge in the room which is definitely annoying for left overs and drinks. We went to the rooftop bar, very pretty but no server came over to us when we were at a lounge spot after a long period of time, so we went to the bar. The bar stools were very cheap like I was going to break them if I sat on them. The drinks were very good though.

Good location with amazing city view. Friendly staff. Elevators were sometimes busy and hardly coming to a floor with enough space and took a while to reach the ground floor.
