I had a good stay over there overall. They made me pay a $200 deposit that I was supposed to get back within 14 days but never got it back until today… The room was good, clean, convenient, good AC management. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The location is great, it’s literally right next to Times Square. Their restaurant is also good. I had a great experience overall my rate would be 8.5/10

Good hotel to stay in Manhatton

We had a lovely stay but it is not the same when I stayed with you in 2017, you had soft seats outside and you also had a water dispenser in the reception area. I was disappointed that these two things were missing but overall a nice hotel, your rooftop bar is so relaxing and lovely watching the sunset, I would recommend this hotel, staff very helpful.

The staff was wonderful. However the elevator situation is unreal. We shouldn't have to stand at the elevator 30 minutes every time you're ready to make a move. There's not enough of them for this establishment. They offer water but whenever you request it, it's never available. Although the rooms were small, the beds were cozy and room was clean. Overall I feel we over paid for our stay and would not recommend it to others.

The hotel enjoys a convenient location and the staff were welcoming, with a smooth check-in and check-out process. However, noticeable wear and tear in the guest room, corridors, and lifts indicates a need for maintenance. In-room amenities such as a mini fridge and basic toiletries would have enhanced the stay. The air conditioning unit was both noisy and slow to cool the room. The area outside the property is expected to be loud due to the location but the double glazed windows did a great job to cancel the noise.

Bad experience

First of all, this hotel has 600 rooms and most of the times had only 2 elevators working which caused the time to wait was about 20 min which made it very inconvenience. The room was dusty. The air conditioner in the room was very loud. The time at the customer service desk was very long. I Do not recommend this hotel.

Our room air conditioner didn’t work and they didn’t have other room to accommodate us. Furthermore there were never enough elevators. The line for elevators was consistently 15 minutes or more.
