The staff were so friendly. We were traveling with our 18 month old and they were so good with him. The coffee, marshmallow/chocolate fountain and hot chocolate in the lobby were such a nice touch. We would definitely stay again.

Staff was courteous, but we ran into a few issues. Upon arrival, it took us over 45 minutes to get into our room due to an issue with the lock on our door. Upon entry, there was a piece of tile missing from the shower, exposing the drain (that I guess had been cleaned before we arrived?). Lastly, the schedule for cleaning was quite inconvenient. We stayed 4 nights, and were only able to get our room cleaned 2 times - one of these times, we had to request a cleaning while at dinner. A bit ridiculous to be out of the room from 9-5 every day, and not have the room cleaned. Overall a positive experience with helpful staff, but a bit disappointing on the fronts listed above.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The venue is beautiful, and my room had an incredible view of the Empire State Building. The customer service stood out—front desk staff were welcoming, housekeeping was excellent, and the doorman was very helpful. The only area that could be improved is the dining experience. The food was good, but the servers seemed to rush guests to place orders or pay the bill, which made the meal feel a bit hurried. Slowing down the pace would make dining much more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay and I would return!
