Title: Perfect Stay – Great Location & Outstanding Staff! I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything and just a short walk to the subway, which made getting around super easy. The room was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable—exactly what I needed after a busy day. Everything was clean and well-kept, and I felt right at home. What really stood out, though, was the staff. The front desk team was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly made me feel like a valued guest. The staff in the breakfast area were also wonderful—always cheerful and attentive. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, and I really hope to stay here again soon!

It was a good property overall just the air needs better ventilation as it feels like dust at times when ac gets turned on after being off for hours. Other than that the space is decent and amenities are good. As well as the breakfast is good. Just parking around area is only for pick up or drop off.

TV had no connection (only Internet), coffee maker broken, support staff not speaking english, but that was not major issues. What annoyed us was the fact that we explicitly told the staff that we did not want room service. The second day we discovered they had been in the room, moved our private belongings around and left some on the floor. Not cool!

My atay at the Fairfield Marriott located at 330 West 40th Street, Times Square Manhattan area, was amazing. The front desk staff was so accompanying and so friendly. I am very glad that the receptionist upgraded me to a top level city view room, I can see the Empire State Building top. Room was spacious and the breakfast spread was good too. Service was top notch. The strategic location is one that attracted me to book the hotel, the service is what makes me return.

Place was clean and Customer Service was fantastic. The people at the desk was wonderful. It took us a long time to retrieve our car and there was no bar and Restaurant to eat at night. Other words the trip was was wonderful. Thank you.
