We will return!

The great service started when I had several issues with my credit card while booking, the staff was so nice about it and still held my reservation and helped me straighten it out when we got there. Mike greeted us and everything was great from then on. All week Asia and Victoria greeted us every time we went through the lobby and they were both so helpful and friendly. They were excited to chat about our NYC experiences. Maria was so patient waiting for us to leave for housekeeping on days we got a late start. The room was smaller than other places we've traveled but there was plenty of room for the 2 of us and this is NYC. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and we look forward to coming back!

Excellent place to stay in a great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had different options every day . Highly recommend!

Good hotel!! Not extremely loud all around, good windows that keep the noise outside. Amenities a little older but all good! Staff was extremely friendly (especially breakfast ladies!!), breakfast was always very good! True continental breakfast with daily changing warm foods.

Victoria at the front desk was amazing. She helped us with everything we needed and felt like family! The property is in a great location and very nice. I would go back just for Victoria! Good breakfast, very walkable and staff is very accommodating!
