I had an amazing stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, includes breakfast & my room was spacious and comfortable. What for the elevator wait time at rush hours, but nothing not expected. The one thing is that at the front of the hotel there seems to be construction, and at night there were people hanging around that made area feel unsafe. Othe than that, this is a PERFECT hotel&location for a NYC stay

I loved this hotel and would stay again for sure. It's greatest strength is it's staff, who are ALL friendly, engaged and showed that they really care about me as a person not just some nameless out-of-towner. I trust them. My great experience started with Genesis at the reception desk. She made me feel welcome. It continued with Eddie who made me feel that he'll take care of whatever problems or questions I had. I really warmed up to him and we found we both had family with the same unusual name. Isaiah really connected with me. He was so warm and friendly that I truly felt like I belonged there. We talked about our family and found that we had shared philosophies about family life. I wish him the best for his upcoming marriage. The kitchen staff was vigilant. Rather than simply go about their tasks, they watched out for guests who looked like they needed help. I did and they demonstrated a willingness and ability to know how to make me feel comfortable (and well fed). Kimberly and 2x Michaels were also very helpful at the receptionist desk and Joseph helped me feel safe leaving my bags in storage for later pickup after I checked out. Even Amy and AT who were trying to sell me a package were terrific. If I knew I was going to travel to any of the places on their list in the next year, I definitely would have purchased it. I truly enjoyed my experience at the Hampton inn on 41st street in Manhattan and plan to stay there again next time I'm in the city, whenever that might be

This was the perfect hotel for enjoying New York City's Times Square and Broadway shows, as its within walking distance of the theaters, the amazing restaurants of Hells Kitchen, and has easy subway access. Best part is that its far enough away that its quiet at night while still feeling safe.

There were 3 elevators in the property, but unfortunately, the staff also use the elevators as a "service elevator", so there were often long wait times for the elevators and they are also very small considering the size of the hotel. The ladies at the reception desk were not friendly at all and seemed like they really did not want to be there.
