This hotel was in an excellent location for it stay at Times Square. The area was quieter than the area just a few blocks north. A variety of restaurants were available within west walking distance as were the Broadway shows. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. We arranged transportation to and from the airport through the hotel prior to it arrival. Or driver, Elizabeth, was very prompt and professional. There were several security features within the hotel along with a security guard inside the lobby door. We felt very safe during our stay. The hotel had a breakfast buffet available which had the usual selection of items. The selection of hot items was rotated each day. I especially enjoyed the scones! The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of keeping the entire hotel clean. I asked for extra clothes hangers and an extra luggage rack which was quickly provided. There are not many rooms in each floor lending to the quietness on each floor. If I have the opportunity to return to NYC, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Perfect location at a reasonable price. You can get anywhere from 350 ft. beyond the front door! Subway entrance is across the street!

Excellent Location. Right in the heart of Times Square. Subway across the street. Never felt unsafe. We didn't have any issues with breakfast and easily found a table to sit at every morning. The beds were comfortable—lots of street noise, but no complaints. Anyone complaining about noise shouldn't even be staying at Times Square. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the elevator situation in the hotel. Extremely horrible. We were on 15th floor. One of the elevators didn't work 2 nights out of 3 we stayed there. We literally had to wait 15 minutes every time. Sometimes it felt the elevator had a mind of its own. It would reach to first floor and then, without opening, would head straight back up. The staff was never bothered by the long lines at the elevators or even concerned. Probably the elevator is the only reason I might not return.

Great Location

Elevators were nightmarish. One of them not working held things up tremendously. We had to wait 2-4 times every time we used them. It took me 30 minutes to get down from the 25th floor. Great location and very nice staff though.
