This was our first time in New York. We wanted a central spot to stay and this was perfect!!! Close to 2 of the major subway stations that take you to all the attractions, half mile walking to just about anything you could want to see including Times Square which we could see from our room. If we come back we would 💯 stay here again!

Disappointing Stay for the Price

I was disappointed with my stay. For the price charged, I expected better service and amenities. There was no complementary water in the room, which one would normally expect at this price point. Hand soap was missing, and I had to call multiple times before it was provided. On top of that, the iron in the room did not work. Overall, the experience did not match the standard advertised.
