The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only drawback was its location within feet of construction work....but that's temporary. Not close to grocery, but block away from food court in a small mall.

This place is a gem trust!!!

I’m leaving this review as my honest experience at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites LaGuardia Airport, and let me just say the pictures online don’t do this place justice! The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside, far exceeding my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Some even shared a little humor, which added an extra smile to my stay. They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. I had a minor issue with my tub, and as soon as I mentioned it, housekeeping was sent right away to clean it. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they’re handled, and they addressed it quickly and professionally. The lounge area is stunning, the food was amazing, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Of course, housekeeping may not always get everything perfect, but we all have off days. The difference here is that they were more than willing to fix any issue I had immediately, which speaks volumes about their service. The location is great about 20 minutes from Times Square, 26 minutes from the Bronx, and conveniently close to Brooklyn. There were no issues with safety, no homeless concerns, and no sketchy activity. Parking is secure, and the amenities are excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely be staying here every time I visit NYC. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Easy check in. Big CLEAN rooms that somehow smelled nice the whole time we stayed. Good breakfast- tho we didn’t have any. All the amenities provided. I definitely was surprised by this gem in woodside and will stay here again
