This was the absolute worst. Needed something quick after a missed flight and wasn’t expecting a 5* resort but definitely wasn’t expecting there to be what seemed like a club going on in the room next door. The music was so loud you heard it on the entire floor. “Security” was of no help as the extremely loud music continued till 4:30am then restarted at 5:30 and finally ended at 9am. My daughter was electrocuted by the open outlet in the room and the mattresses felt like cardboard boxes filled with gravel. People hanging out in stairwells screaming children running up and down hallways. Next time I’ll save myself $130 and sleep in a chair at the airport. Never again.

This hotel was not kept up with. The cleanliness of this hotel was not up to ideal standard. The toilet isn’t working properly. There’s things in this hotel that was not working. The sheets was not clean. Floor wasn’t mopped in the room. The curtains wasn’t clean as well as the shower curtains.

The hotel smells like smoke, overwhelmingly. The rooms don’t have phones, the tv couldn’t be turned off. Extremely disappointed in the way it looks and smells to be very honest for the money you have to spend. It’s in the “hood” and it definitely looks ghetto.
