Just an awful experience. Prepaid the hotel, but demanded a physical card. Ejected from the hotel, following a long haul flight, with no discretion, went to the one across the street with no draconian rules. 4x complaints raised with various leaders. All ignored.

My hubby and I are impressed how they maintain clealiness of the room. Everyday our bed was well made, towels are replaced and the room was clean, washroom fully refilled and garbage emptied. My only suggestion is at least the 2 bottled water should give as complimentary in the room and not charged $6 each.

We were very comfortable at our stay. The rooms are clean and quiet. The elevators, lobby, and breakfast area can get very crowded and busy in the morning to the point of being uncomfortable. The breakfasts were of good quality and the fitness room was clean, bright, and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful.
