The only issues we had was waiting for the elevator for 15-20 minutes, being on the 3rd floor, it was always packed so we ended up using the stairs and having to bring my luggage down on the stairs. Although not sure how to fix this? Other than this, stay was perfect. Thank you!

Not a great place to stay near Times Square.

Probably the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Could barely walk around. Had to live out of the suitcase because no dressers. Bathroom tiny as well.

The service team members are flat out outstanding. Would come back for the service alone - Miguel, Melanie, all incredibly kind. It’s Times Square so obviously expect a ton of people, this has to be one of the busiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Too Hot

The room was extremely hot and they couldn’t turn down the AC. The elevators took forever no matter what time of the day. Miguel at the bar was wonderful as was the front desk staff. Our room was well cleaned daily.
