The only thing keeping me from rating this 5 stars is the elevator situation. We were always having to wait for the next elevator from the rooms to the lobby and then again from the lobby to the street entrance/exit.

Nice please but very busy with European families. Like large groups who stuff into the elevator. It’s almost impossible to go down in the morning or during 4pm check in.

IMPRESSED: clean property that is steps away from Times Square - the staff are very nice and attentive - convenient to all Midtown/TSQ sites - food options run the whole spectrum, budget to costly, quick to relaxing - I feel like I never had to wait for things here: bellhop at the ready to get bags from car, check-in a breeze at 5pm, fast elevators, bellhop up to room at checkout within 5 min - comfy room, good wifi, fridge for guest use, good shower ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: there were ice/water stations on each floor (which is awesome), but the one on 11th had water that seemed to only trickle out - (didn't eat or drink here, and parked car in separate garage)... this is as good as it gets until you go up to the true 5-star places with their 5-star prices. the staff here at M Social really made the place go from Good to Great. WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN?: YES!!
