We spent one night, so I can't rate much. We enjoyed our room for the night and our complimentary sparkling wine compliments of Orbitz. The bed was very comfortable we had a good rest. The shower and soap was great. Good flow of hot water. The room felt very clean and comfortable. Flooring to ceiling window looking out to a beautiful view of NYC.

Upon check in our room wasn’t ready but we were offered an upgrade for a small fee which we took which was great! However, we booked this hotel because of the pool which I confirmed up until check in would be open … it was NOT! The room had Luke warm water in the shower at best! The service at land shark bar and grill was almost non existent, and the room only had 2 towels. When new towels were requested it took almost an hour for new ones to be brought up. The manager offered a resort fee credit and late check out so we would be able to use the pool in day 2 however, pool hours are 10am-4pm and at 10:20 the pool is still not open!!

Fantastic location, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean. Fresh towels and bed linen changed frequently. When we had a problem with the sink tap, they sent someone straight away to fix. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was O.K. The lobby is small and on the 7th floor, adjacent to a small bar. The room was fine, but smelled quite musty, possibily due tonthe fact that any time spent in the half-open shower (controls were unusual to say the least)results in a flooded bathroom floor. The VIP "bottle" of "champagne" was half a bottle of prosecco, which was fine. The late night food options were an embarrassment, and we went elsewhere for that.
