In room 2201 you can see the ball drop. The room is large, the view is great. It's definitely a city view. It's not times square but you probably don't want to sleep there either. It's close to Bryant Park as well as Times Square itself. Lots of places to eat, delis, pizza cafes. The bathroom is spacious and the place is well kept. Side tables have plugs for decices and the TV allows streaming from your phone, fyi.

Excellent location for the Thanksgiving Parade. Close to Bryant park winter market as well as tons of other kid friendly activities. Subway is right across the street making it easily accessible with a toddler. All around a great stay and we will definitely return again.

IMO, if you charge an inflated resort fee, give something for it !! $50-60 a night resort fee and not even a free coffee.. hopefully consumers see this and book a hotel that doesn’t have a resort fee

The location of this hotel was perfect. It was just below Times Square and quick walking distance to everything. The Subway was also right across the street and easily took us downtown and uptown. The hotel felt like a safe haven in the middle of the city. It was very clean and the maids did an excellent job every day. It was also very new and fresh. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The rooms were small, but cozy, and we didn’t pay for a city view but we were impressed with how much of the city we could still see. The rooftop bar was a fantastic view and we could see the New Years Eve ball at Times Square perfectly. The only negatives I can think of were not enough elevators (although they are very fast once you get on), no microwave, and the shower was tiny. We will definitely stay here again.

Not bad but two things I found disappointing, hairs found in bed and resort fees added at checkout that were not easily understood in the confirmation. It amounted to more than an extra $100. I liked the hotel, but it won't be my first choice next time.
