It was very nice. The area is a bit sketchy. There’s a wee dispensary next door so sometimes you come out and get hit in the face with the aroma. Starbucks, McDonald’s, cvs all very close by. Excellent local bakery and pizza shop right across the street as well, everyone was very friendly at the hotel. The only con is it was very loud. I heard everything outside the hall and outside the window. We were a floor above the pool and heard music blasting all day. I was also waken up every night by police sirens and street noise.

The staff were very friendly. We checked in at 10 am and they held our luggage while we enjoyed our day around town. The room had one queen size bed and just enough room on each side to get to the bed. The bathroom is a good size. Small space, but it is NYC. Bed was comfortable. The hotel has a pool, several restaurants, and a block before time square. We drove and parking is across the street from the hotel at 60.00/day. I call ahead and they told me parking was included, but it is not.

The customer service throughout the hotel was underwhelming, especially at the restaurant—staff were inattentive and seemed disinterested in helping. The hotel is central to times square and super clean. the rooms are a little small but manageable. the only annoying thing was the elevators take really long.
