The room 4114 was a corner room and we could see Broadway Time Square and 7 ave. It was and amazing view for a great price. The service was above and beyond, friendly staff. Over all great experience :)

Didn’t expect much given the rate, so it was in line with my expectations. Great location. Cheap. Bell stand was understaffed. Room was very tired. Missing plumbing parts for the sink, 2 small bath towels, no hand towel or wash cloth, shower soap/shampoo dispensers were empty, shower head needs replacement, sink didn’t drain, toilet stayed really full of water but did flush, furniture was very tired, iron/ironing board was ancient. If you’re looking for a room to crash in for the night, it fits the bill. Good luck.

Not what we expected. The room was tiny and dusty. The bathroom was disgusting. We hardly wanted to use the restroom, let along take a shower. There were stains on the wall that looked like blood and fecal matter. Gross!

Property front desk staff were nice. Check-in process was smooth. Hotel is also walkable to Times Square, 5th Avenue and Broadway. That said very disappointed in the quality of room and would recommend staying elsewhere. It felt like >85 degrees F in the room. HVAC controls play no role in room temperature. When mentioned to hotel staff the only solution provided was to keep the windows cracked, but with the noise of Times Square/NYC even at 30ish stories up this isnt realistic if you plan to sleep. Top all that off with a $35 nightly "amentiy/resort" fee buried in the Expedia listing I would just recommend getting a better room elsewhere where they can provide the amenity of air conditioning/climate control.
