My stay was ok. The most annoying thing was that there were no water bottles in the room not at least 1 complimentary one. A fee for Wi-Fi is ridiculous with the price per night. Less fancy hotels have free Wi-Fi. For some of us who are elderly the room door is very heavy when opening the door.

I would never stay at this property again. They took security deposits continually. I usually stay at the Barclay Midtown. It’s excellent staff is superb.
