Quietest hotel in lower manhattan. Low occupancy due to snow storm helped but location is key. Room is small but clean and bed is great. Check in/out easy. Tv provider is 2010 tech and some furnishings worn. I’ve stayed in most hotels below Houston and this one is solid with great rates.
