Pleasant stay

We found the room to be very pleasant, but a bit small. The check-in clerk was pleasant and very helpfull. Our only concern was that the electrical plugs were a bit loose, and did not hold charger cables tight.

The room is very small. They gave my room away to someone else when I checked in. They gave me a room that had tub backed up toilet won’t flush AC leak on the floor. Plumber came out unclogged the toilet second day. Call the plumber toilet again. Let him know about the AC leaking. He said it was just moisture. I complained they sent me to a second room. The second room had slow draining sink water another issue.

The room was fine and it was clean. The staff was not very friendly upon arrival or during check-in. The elevators were incredibly slow and we found ourselves waiting at least ten minutes at times to get on an elevator. There were no facecloths in the room.

Not great for the amount we paid

The room was very basic. There was no fridge in the room which I found odd. There was no fan in the bathroom so the mirror always steamed up. The pillows coud stand to be replaced. The mattress was on the hard side. The only other mirror besides the one in the bathroom was on the outside of the bathroom door.

Great little room, heart of theatre district.

This hotel is in a great location. It's lobby is warm and inviting, the french cafe outside the lobby has good coffee and pastries. The rooms are efficient and snug. But, if you go NYC you know you are not in your room much besides sleeping, so it doesn't really matter. It was clean and just as we expected. We found our room for a great rate and we pleased. The fitness center has 3 treads, weights, a peloton - perfect.
