I went here for my birthday and Mike and the other front desk staff were extremely accommodating and very kind they made my birthday weekend extra special and they truly understand customer service this is a great place to stay if you are visiting New York City it was a great location and they have balconies for every room!

Wonderful Boutique Hotel in a Great NYC Location

A wonderful gem of a hotel in one of the best locations in NYC. The staff is incredibly helpful, great room, and the "Reading Room" Bar serves great food and drinks. I cannot recommend more highly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was perfect and large, and it was just a pleasure to stay there. We will definitely be back. The price was great and the whole experience was better than any chain hotel I have stayed.

This was my first time at the Gotham Hotel. It was clean and the staff was very nice. However, the noise was the street was so loud into the early morning hours that I didn’t get much sleep at all. Not the fault of the hotel. Perhaps a differently situated room would’ve helped.

I had a great stay at this hotel...will book again...the staff was amazing except for 1 lady at the frontdesk...tea selection should be added upon request...otherwise I choose this hotel for it's convenient location, cleanliness, very nice staff, very comfortable bed, value for money
