I’ve stated several times in the past few months. The gym equipment is poor and broken, despite being told it’s being fixed (back in November 2024). The soap bottles are broken in the shower, told housekeeping 2x, never changed or fixed.

First time winner - awesome stay

Beautiful hotel in a great location. My flight to DC was canceled at 11:45 PM, and I only had 15 minutes to make a reservation on Hotels.Com. (Those of you who know, you know.) I did my usual filtering - near Penn St., < $1,000,000 per night, guest rating > 9.... and this property appeared. And it was perfect.

I couldn't find a way to turn off the air conditioner. It was extremely loud overnight. There was no toothbrush. Since it's the first time I visited New York, I didn't know if providing toothbrush was forbidden by local laws. Besides, there was no shower towel on the last night.
