Wasn't allowed to check in when I returned to the hotel at 2AM because the hotel staff failed to communicate the need for a credit card authorization form and didn't provide it as an option until the next morning. Truly one of the most horrific hospitality experiences of my life.

Excellent location near cooper union and NYU. Rooms are pretty small for the exorbitant price charged per night. One can pay the same for a 5 stars much larger rooms in hotels (Hilton, Hyatt, Westin, Intercontinental, etc) in elsewhere in Manhattan.
