Not enough staff at front desk, no water pressure in the shower in 3 rooms we booked. Ridiculous for a hotel room that is $1400 per night. Bell boy could not find out bags, no ticket issued from the front desk even though it was requested. Manager was not an available to hear our issues.

Simplesmente mais do que esperado. Tudo muito organizado, glamuroso sem ser constrangedor. Staff extremamente atencioso e educado. Fazem demtudo para atender demandas de última hora.
