We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very good experience. The property was neat and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff was welcoming, and everything felt well-maintained. Breakfast was good — not extraordinary, but it had everything we needed to start the day right. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

A quick trip

My stay was welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were very professional. The room was clean and offered a great amount of towels. The bed was was very firm. The fridge didn't seem to be that cold. Even though I liked the convenience of being on the first floor near the back door. You could hear everyone that went in and out and sounds.

Toilet was blocked and I had to get the plunger from the reception in the middle of the night to fix it. Also shower was not working properly. I reported both issue to reception immediatley and they said the maintenance person will be availble only next day to look at it.

We stayed for 4 nights at your hotel. On the second day, housekeeping knocked while we were still sleeping. Later, we requested cleaning before leaving the hotel, but the room was not serviced. We also ran out of towels and tissues, and despite asking again the next day, the room was still not cleaned and supplies were not replenished. As a 3-star hotel, we expected basic housekeeping to be handled properly, especially after repeated requests. We hope this feedback helps improve guest experience in the future.
