Front desk needs hospitality training

Great hotel, cool restaurant but front desk staff were very unprofessional and rude. Not a single smile. When I came up checking in they passed me down through 3 people sitting behind the desk. Parking isn't free, neither is breakfast just FYI.

Disappointing

I called the day before to inquire and I was assured there was a mini fridge in the room . Now I stayed here in October 2024 and I recall there being a mini fridge and microwave in the room. When I stayed in April 2025 the room didn’t have either one . I was very disappointed . And the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working .
