Staff was awesome, the best part of our stay! We really appreciated them all. What we didn't appreciate was the loud noise coming from the bathroom exhaust fan. When we complained about it, we're told that all rooms had the same issue and it was going on for a while. Also, the breakfast buffet is overpriced at $19 per person.

We stayed here for two nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. The 5th-floor king room was clean but bland. No problem there. However, the walls were paper thin, and one night we had to endure a loud party in a neighboring room. The second night we had a shouting match between a couple somewhere else on our floor in the middle of the night. But the terrible review is 100% due to the blatantly indifferent staff. They seemed helpless to the constraints of their computer system in dealing with our reservation(s) – part of the larger trend in so-called "service" industries where employees have no agency whatsoever in dealing with customers' needs. The most infuriating thing was having the elevators turned off for some inexplicable reason on a Friday evening, which meant after a very long day of walking around the city, we were forced to climb five long flights of stairs to get back to our room. The woman at the front desk barely pulled her eyes from her TV screen and just shrugged her shoulders at us. Abysmal.

I came for a specific purpose, which was a concert at the Prudential center. The hotel was very nearby so I walked for both events. The area was safe and walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. I will be staying here in the very near future for the same purpose. I liked the hotel very much.

The overall stay was good. The room was very clean and comfortable, and having a restaurant downstairs was convenient, even though the prices were a bit higher compared to other nearby options. The only downside was that we were placed in a connected room with a shared door. The walls in that area were very thin, and we could hear quite a bit from the adjoining space. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it was noticeable. Overall, still a positive experience. I would stay here again, but I’d definitely request a room without a connecting door next time.
