Yes the young lady that was taking care of the breakfast was super. She did a great job on the food and keeping the place cleaned. Rooms were very clean. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Hotel and room were clean, but the heat/AC was not working. Unit was blowing cold air and it would not shut off. Also, water in bathroom was hardly warm. Breakfast was fine.

I fell in the shower in room 101 and messed up my wwrist and my left elbow. The manager told me and my husband to call hotels.com and request a full refund for our stay. My husband called and left a message and no one ever returned our call. The staff at the motel were great, very friendly and very concerned about my fall. But as far as hotel.com I'm not at all pleased with them!!!

Check in was smooth. Room was clean but needed sofa bed sheets. Good location for going into Newberry and handy for a few places to eat and Walmart. Breakfast was well stocked and maintained - one of the better buffet breakfasts I’ve seen.
