The room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator worked properly. (BIG issue for me. Most other stays, its luke warm). The staff were friendly. The location is good, close to everything. BUT Breakfast... Only one guest ate Breakfast, the other stayed in bed. The hotel charged us for 2 eating breakfast 3 mornings in a row. $117 overcharged. And unwilling to refund. For this reason, won't go back. Will stay at Ridges only 300 metres away next tim

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of layout, style, comfortably and the hotel scent. It was completely let down by a few staff interactions. Between housekeeping, being extremely poor for our room Refresh, towels being taken not replaced, Calling the front desk asking for these to be replaced and then being questioned why we needed more towel towels opposed to just saying yes. Asking questions of the Front Desk and no one knowing answers that were pretty simple things. Any requests for things to be delivered to the room took multiple follow ups.

Overall, enjoyed staying in this hotel. Good location for exploring the city and eateries. Liked the interior of room which is morden and chic. Check-in/out staff were helpful and efficient which made smooth process. Also really liked the idea of filtered water tap facility on corridor, which was useful. The reason I didn't give 5 star is the housekeeping issue. We stayed 2 nights but didn't empty rubbish bin and didn't vacuum bathroom floor so I could see long hairs on the bathroom floor. I didn't expect this service with 5 star hotel. One more thing I'd like to mention is that, would be better to have more towel haning hooks in the bathroom as I found a bit annoying that I couldn't hang my clothes while having shower.
