EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: One twin tri-fold floor mat (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided to accommodate a total of 6 maximum guests. A rollaway twin bed is available for rent as a better option for adults. Make arrangements in advance with our office to enable delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Front Patio Area: Provides the best entertainment of all: plentiful sightings of dolphins, various species of migrating whales and other wonderful sea life can be viewed just off-shore any time of year. Likewise, watching the human world go by along the boardwalk throughout the day is a favorite past-time as well. PARKING: - One carport parking space on the left side, which can accommodate most size vehicles (small to mid-size vehicles highly recommended). - There is also general neighborhood street parking, metered, unmetered and pay-station.
LAUNDRY: Washer and Dryer on-site.
LOCATION: Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport's beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade.
