Check in lady was curt. Unfriendly. Valet service was attentive but $45 a night is overpriced Room was the smallest hotel room I had ever stayed at and not particularly clean. Traveling with 2 people in a room you need to claim your space Bed was comfortable. Nothing but coffee and tea in the morning Location is great

Perfect location by the water and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Updated modern nautical decor and comfortable common gathering areas both outside and indoors. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are very small but modern - if fact too modern. No ice bucket, no in-room coffee maker, not even towel bars in very small bathroom. Side table on one side of bed only. No chairs at all in room, no desk. Sink is outside of bathroom impacting privacy at the sink. Decor is very modern and tasteful. Great cleanliness. Just very quirky for an older couple. Have yo insert room key in a device in the room to even get the lights to turn on. Would have preferred to chair(s) in room to sit and watch TV or do make-up at a desk. Hardly a space to set down a cup of coffee or beverage of any kind. If you want ice cubes we discovered them in chest located near elevator and just in a bag. Free coffee in the lobby so everything related to amenities in the room is bare bones. Did not like there wasn't even a towel bar in or putside the bathroom. Just the shelf you found towels on. Check-in staff and valet staff were very personable and helpful to explain what was needed to navigate getting the elevator to work and turn on lights in room. Would not stay at hotel like this again.

Our room was small and simple which is good, but lacked basics like a mini fridge so leftovers were an issue. The hotel was also very clean and newer, but amenities were limited (really only a gym- no pool or complimentary breakfast or anything like that) and the elevator actually went out on our last day which was slightly concerning. Staff were pleasant, but could be more prepared for arrivals as they were not aware of my payment status/ if I was paid up upon arrival which was also a tad concerning for a brief moment. Outside seating and proximity to shopping/ restaurants was fantastic. Would recommend for a quick stay or a busy out-of-hotel trip.

Just spent one night here with my partner during Memorial Day weekend. The location is definitely ideal as it’s very close to all the tourist spots, meaning be prepared for large crowds near by. Our room itself was clean, simple though was a bit small. Our bathroom was tiny but I guess you had enough space to do what you needed to otherwise. The bare minimum was inside our room—no coffee or anything available. The bed was comfy though. The room rate was on the high side but this was also a holiday weekend so that makes sense. The parking was a bit expensive too at $45/day. Consider staying here if you want to be near it all and don’t mind spending a bit of extra $$$.

I enjoyed the views and aesthetic of the property. It’s at a very convenient location within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. I do think the parking pricing is a bit ridiculous considering the amount it costs to stay there. I also found the lack of a refrigerator or smart tv to be out of place with the rest of the modern amenities they offer. While I do love the location, I do think there’s a bit to be desired for the price point.
