Absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms are extremely nice, and ours had a fireplace and a view of the ocean from the bed. Loved the patio, and its only about a five minute walk from the room to the beach! Will absolutely be trying to stay again sometime soon!

The property is absolutely beautiful, no doubt. The sunsets are fantastic and I can’t imagine there’s a bad view anywhere on property. The beach is so easy to access. If that’s what you care about then this is a great property! Not to mention easy check-in, friendly staff, close parking, and comfy balconies. However, the room images shown feel like a bit of a “bait and switch.” Every unit is different and despite all the beautiful studio accommodation images shown, we were booked in a studio that hasn’t been updated since probably the 80s and while sturdy and tidy, it was tinged with a mildew smell, tiny shower, basic linens, and uncomfortable bed. We spent a limited time in the room so this was fine for us. But if we had booked for longer than three days and were planning on relaxing or lingering in our accommodations it would have been really disappointing to see the images provided and then get the room that we had. The office let us know that rooms booked through Expedia weren’t changeable when we called ahead to check about the number of stairs to the units since one of our group had recent knee issues and wanted to have a ground floor if possible. So in short, cute property, great beach, if you want to make sure you have a specific room shown, probably best to speak directly to the hotel.

When we first walked in it was like wow!!! The room, decor and stunning views definitely had the wow factor! I loved the full size kitchen with a window above the sink to look out. The bed, bedding and pillows were all very comfortable. Overall our stay was very nice and relaxing.

Stayed for 2 nights and loved it. Was about the same price as the hotels in the area for a 1 bedroom condo with upstairs and downstairs. I really enjoyed the jetted tub. It was probably the fanciest bathroom I've been in with heated mirrors, a heated towel rack, and the tub had several jet settings. Also very short walk over to the beach. The beach was very nice, there was a little creak to cross and lots of small dunes. My only complaint is the curtains in the bedroom did nothing to block out light, but there was blackout curtains upstairs in the living room, just wish they were in the bedroom.

Family of 6, and this room worked perfectly for us! One room had 3 beds, the huge king in another room and a sofa bed for #6! The views were great! The kitchen was well appointed allowing us to make some meals and enjoy the views.

The condo we stayed at was beautiful! We even said this is going to be our place to say whe we go back! I would of given them a 5 star but the ONLY incident we had was we had to call the cops at 3am due to a guy yelling right outside our front door and trying to open the door.. the cops came and took him, but it was a restless night after. Great place but Looks like we just had a bad room. We did let the front desk know at check out just incase he came back.

Checked into room118 and it smells musty. Staff attempted to move me and was responsive but would’ve cost more. Screen door doesn’t lock, furniture isn’t that clean, needs actual deep clean. minimal amenities for kitchen. Easy beach access though. Won’t stay again bc you don’t know the room you will get.

Beautiful spacious accommodations, tastefully decorated with coastal art. Amazing views. My only regret is not discovering this gem sooner! Comfortably fit our family of 6 with room to spare. You get SO MUCH for your clams with this one.

It’s a lot of walking and stairs, and you have to get your luggage everywhere without help. My husband and I had asked for adjacent rooms, but were 100 feet and 2 sets of stairs apart. The linens in my room had been washed with highly scented laundry soap which caused me to have an allergic reaction to the point that I coughed non-stop.the bed was very soft. I changed rooms with husband, stairs, walk stairs everything moved around after having unpacked. The new room was ground floor, small child wearing boots trampling around yelling until after 11pm. The hotel itself is nice and special, ocean view fabulous, nicely located with trees and beach, so it was a mixed bag.
