This was an amazing, spacious, modern hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, our only qualm was that we were told our free drink vouchers worked for signature cocktails, but when we went to get them, they only worked for wine/beer and the bartender was frustrated that we had been told that. Other than that, we had an awesome stay and will be back.

We had a truly enjoyable stay! The staff was warm, engaging, and genuine. Every interaction felt sincere, and it was a pleasure speaking with them. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere welcoming. The only real challenge we had was finding our room. The hotel layout is a bit confusing, possibly due to past renovations. We were given a pamphlet with instructions, but it didn’t clearly explain how to get to our room or mention any shortcuts. It took us about 15 minutes to locate it, and we weren’t alone. We met six other guests during check-in who were also in town for their children’s graduation. Later, we ran into them on the second floor, and they were still trying to find their rooms. We had to call the front desk for help, and someone came quickly, which we really appreciated. When my husband and I returned from our event later that evening, we ran into Josiah, the maintenance technician, outside. He kindly offered to help us find our room and walked us through with professionalism and care. Josiah was a standout genuine, helpful, and dedicated. You’re lucky to have him on your team.. This isn’t a complaint just a kind suggestion. Clearer instructions in the pamphlet and a little more direction training would go a long way. Good location to have access to Newport but pricey since it’s not in the heart of town. Clean, but room didn’t have extra comforter like most are prepared with and took over an hour to get one. Bathroom was not thought through when redone. The sink had no countertop and no sink high table next to it. Makes getting ready in a hotel difficult and compounded by a family stay.

Decent amenities. Room was quite clean, and had the standard array of fixtures. Shower had a leaky faucet, service staff was, overall good, but were confusing a bit when I was seeking clarity about room policies and the restaraunt. King room had okay size, and no issues with noise. Bit of a nickel and dime situation with late/early check in but I’m sure that’s par for the course these days. Wish the pool was available! But it is May so I don’t blame them. Drink tickets are plus, can grab some draft beers while you kill time.

The location of this hotel was a good spot to be able to drive to local attractions and also uber if needed. We had an EV rental car and charging was easy and accessible. Room and property were clean and up to date. Overall great spot would stay again!

The rooms are cute; but not completely accurate as shown. I thought this location would have a more 'boutique' feel but it's truly only in the decor. Note that you are not walking distance to anything. I lived in this area prior and knew this going in, but I didn't feel the property felt or provided anything special. The ac/heat unit didn't work and we froze. The bathroom wasn't immaculate. I stay all over the world and can honestly say this location is WAY overpriced for what you get. No breakfast included - nothing. Look elsewhere for a nicer experience.

Room had some stains on furniture but the bed was clean. The temperature control on the room was great and it was a very comfortable environment. Lobby having games to play and a great cafe were very good bonuses. Had a rainy weekend but I’m sure the walking trail would have been nice.

This was an ok stay for us. The hitel is older and has had some tasteful updates. The mattresses were well used and not the most comfortable. The front desk staff were very friednly and welcoming.
