Staff were nice and accommodating. Hotel is dated and in need of upgrades. Halls smell of fried food. Holes and water damage in walls and ceiling in my room. Chair had a gross stain on the seat. Tub was not clean. Fridge worked but was dented and damaged, freezer and ice maker did not work at all. No ice machine on property. "Pond view" I was promised was completed obstructed by a large tree. On par with your typical Choice hotel stay. Wouldn't recommend, but better than other options in the area.

Easy check in and my room was great! I do not travel with pets (my thoughts on that are mine), but I did not see any extra animal hairs anywhere, nor did I smell any animals. The staff was friendly!

I checked in late after a long travel day. The room that I was in initially smelled like marijuana. The front desk moved me to another room, but the bedding was dirty and I was too tired. I slept in my clothes as to not touch the bedding on my skin and checked out next day and got another room. There was no one at front desk the housekeeping had to take my email and I left. The property needs an upgrade. The door does not sit close to the seal so it’s a big gap when you close the door and that was uncomfortable as a lady staying alone

The room was actually fine maybe a bit outdated and then the carpet smelled like mold. I don't think there was any mold, just that damp smell. They need to get rid of all carpet, only half the room is carpeted anyway, just get rid of all of it.

Room was very clean and staff was extremely helpful with questions I had. Only thing was the people above me were up all night walking around and being loud which kept waking me up most of the night but other than that it was a great stay and definitely will come back again when I’m in town
