The room was extremely cold. There were stains on the sheets and mattress. The mattresses were very uncomfortable to sleep on. The room is in need upgrades to match pricing.

Spring hills suite stay

Usually my stay at this hotel is great but this time we got a room when we initially got there, the TV wouldn’t come on, everything else looked great. Since the TV wasn’t working, my husband called the front desk to let them know so we were given another room whereas this room had a torn sofa and much smaller television but we stayed put because we didn’t want to change rooms again.

I was accused of being a homeless person and told I needed to leave the property by someone from the front desk. I was very offended as a paying guess for an over night stay. I will never go back to this hotel. The room was not fresh and smelled stale as well the refrigerator was left dirty with red juice stained and dripping out the fridge
