Run down old motel, not as pictured. Very small, old room with NO service, The pictured buffet has not been served in years. There is no room cleaning, nothing. Not even hangers for your cloths though there is a rod. It's out of the way and run down. The lobby is shabby. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This hotel is good only if you're looking to stay at lower price around Niagara falls. Otherwise it's expensive for the money paid just for sleeping. It could have been at a lower price considering there are no other facilities.

I'm reasonably sure this place has bed bugs. I didn't see them, nor did I see evidence of them, but I was clearly bitten by something after staying there one night. Huge welts appeared on me and I was itching furiously by the afternoon of the following day. I have been bitten by bed bugs in the past, and these marks were curiously similar. I have made it a policy of mine to never give a bad review for a service or a product on anything. However, I felt it was my responsibility to speak up on this one.

Room 105 had no heat. It was close to freezing out. They wouldn’t refund anything. Could you imagine not having heat. No budge on a partial or full refund. Not to mention the banging and swearing

Really out-dated hotel, minimalistic services. Almost nothing no services, you get what you pay for. Great TV channel selection, good temperature, smelly washroom, and I find some garbage and dirty covers. But it was the cheapest hotel around 20 miles

The beds were clean, but one was broken. There weren't enough towels and the bathroom needed a good cleaning. The lobby smelled terrible and the carpeting was filthy. No one is in the office from 11PM-11AM.

106-110 all rooms are dirty and filled with dangerous bugs. As soon as I open the door the bunch of insects fell on my head and when I complain the staff they are very arrogant and said no room change in a rude way. I left the hotel without staying with this ass hole attitude staff

The room smelled like no one had been in it for a long time. Bathtub moldy, tiles cracked are faucet. INFESTED WITH SPIDERS!!!! A spider fell in my eye while I was laying down. Cobwebs in all of the corners.
