Would definitely stay here again. Clean hotel from the outside to the rooms. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great. Safe area right of the expressway. Staff was super friendly. Would highly recommend.

Staff are nice but the room given us that was facing the back of the building was not as good as our previous stay (front of the building). The beds are inclined towards the head (probably old beds turned around; pillows seemed old that were compressed to half the size; pillow sheets seemed unwashed and smelly; thick curtains don’t extend to cover the inner thin curtains; hallway smelled sour and fishy (not sure if another tenant heated their dish).

I love this hotel, but checking in was awful. They did not have my information in the system and I had to contact Expedia, even though I had the confirmation email. It was very difficult to get ahold of a real person. I just drove 5 hours to get to the hotel and it took nearly an hour to get into my room. I have used Expedia several times and never had this problem. The people on the chat were helpful once I got ahold of them, but I am rethinking using expedia to book as that was my worst nightmare. The woman at the hotel said this happens a lot with Expedia reservations.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had many options, including hot eggs with sausage. Hotel is located five minutes from various shopping outlet stores and name brands- Walmart, Target, Michael’s, Hobby Lobby and others. Niagara Falls State Park is a 10 minute drive. For restaurants, I recommend Griffon’s and Buzzy’s.
