Our Stay was Wonderful. Checking in was quick and easy. Staff was Very Friendly and Helpful. Very Conveniently placed which is a plus. It made it easy for us to come in and out since we were so close to the Bridge to Goat Island. When we entered our room, it was clean for the most part, (not so clean behind the table and tv). Water pressure was good. Breakfast was awesome. Employees again, Were Courteous, kind, helpful and Awesome. Very Friendly. All in All, We were there celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary and we are very blessed to have stayed with you guys. We will definitely see you soon.

Is right outside the gate of Niagara Falls StatePark and walkable to other areas of the park. We will stay again.The breakfast was complementary and very cool to relax and decompress for a while. It was good and no complaints! 👍👍🤗

Close to falls, but needs an update

The hotel is a bit rundown. We felt safe inside the hotel. The breakfast was good. You have to pay for parking, which I feel is ridiculous. It is in walking distance of the falls.

Excellent location. Staff is rude and there was no one on the counter for very long time!! Breakfast was a joke, nothing to eat. The guy who was managing the supplies was very rude and got yelling when we asked for empty trays. But, room is good, location is very convenient and walkable to THE NIAGARA
