We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the AC unit in our room was being held together by tape and it was leaking all over the carpet. Maintenence responded immediately to stop the leaving so that was great!

We were put in a room that was nothing like what we paid for. The sink was outside the bathroom, hugely dated, dirty, AC did not work. The staff did move us the next day after our complaints but did not offer us any discount. If you stay at this hotel… do not accept a room on the first floor.

The hotel itself is pretty old and needs an update. Our bathroom had some mold in it and there was some damage in the room. Other than that the room is spacious, staff is very kind and parking is convenient at $18+tax per night.

The cleaning service is so terrible. We would need to request for the service for someone to look at. Also, the odour at the room at check was really bad. Further, did not like the pool and its cleanliness.

This is by far one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in Niagara over the past 10 years. The room and the hotel was dirty and dingy, and the toilet didn’t flush properly. On top of that, the staff ignored my instructions at check-in and charged the wrong card. Overall, the place felt unclean and unpleasant. Not worth the money I spent.
