The staff was great. Our closest had no clips to attach coat Hanger's. No closet with all my jackets. It did not get fixed. The next guest won't have a closet. Soda machine out of order. The boiler went down, cold shower and no hot tub. We planned the trip on using Hot tub after being cold and wet. Computer crash made keys a pain. Easter breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Parents drop their kids off at the pool area and go to the bar to drink. 2 people almost got into a fight as kids left unattended started to argue. Burger place closed early, around 8pm.

From the moment I checked in the lady at the front was very rude. The shower was very cold and the breakfast was not good either. I would never recommend this property to any one if it was free. I had a horrible experience

Hotel as pretty clean. Fromt desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the hot tub and pool. They were really busy in the evening. I took my daughter and friend for a girls night and we all had fun!

Nice workers, not so nice stay.

The workers were amazing! Especially Gabriel! He was wonderful and always helpful. Room size was good. Walking distance to the falls! Now for the not so good. The tv was very small for the room size. There was no good channels on our tv. However my daughter stayed in a different room and had different tv channels. I was told she had direct tv and we had spectrum. The bed was HARD!! Very hard to sleep on. There was water damage on the ceiling. The bathrooms were so small. The bathtub was dirty. The pool was cold and the hot tub was broken. The hotel restaurants didn’t deliver to your room. The hallway smelled like weed from other guest even though it was a no smoking hotel. Noisy heaters. Thin walls. Breakfast consisted of sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, pancakes, instant oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, coffee and juice. It was ok for what it was. We are planning another visit it Niagara Falls but I think we will probably pick another hotel next time.

Concierge service.

The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely great. I don’t remember his name though. When we checked in they gave us a room way down the hall away from the elevators. I explained that I had a knee replacement and they moved us up closer, which was fabulous.

No ample parking. Old building. Entire door frame to room loose and unstable. Cracked and peeling wallpaper throughout the hallways. Bar on site so busy and loud due to a local hockey tournament but did not affect us once we got into our room. Highlight of stay was the staff. Super helpful accommodating and polite! Room was also very clean despite dated walls and doors. Comfy beds and pillows too!
