1. Our room was filthy as hell. We walked in and knew immediately that they didn’t vacuum and we found dirty toenails near my bed! Plus other junk on floor. 2. I got early check in at 2 but one of the lady didn’t even let me in at 145!!!! She made me wait until the dot! 3. Some housekeeping / cleaning staff was loud, laughing and talking too much! 4. The next room to us was loud as hell! Around 8-11 pm. Called front desk and he said quiet hours starts at 11 so he couldn’t do anything !!! 5. Hotel smelled like marijuana and clean at the same time

I didn't like the smell of the room or the bathroom curtain. It smelled bad, and the bathtub had dark stains. The window overlooking the city was stained and dirty. I cleaned it so I could take pictures. The breakfast was disorganized and, because it was self-service, it was left dirty by users. Other than that, the staff was polite and super helpful. The hotel is centrally located and offers easy access to food and tours.

Hotel Upgrade / Service Improvement Needed

The hotel's location is good, but the property needs to be upgraded / renovated: hallway carpet, wall paint, elevator, breakfast / dining area can do with some attention from the management. Likewise, breakfast service, including the breakfast offering, can do with a lot of improvement if management intends to attract customers. The breakfast line was always long and quite disorganized. Please pay special attention, too, to the cleanliness of your hotel premises: lobby, swimming pool, dining area. The hotel crew were helpful to us during our 3-day stay at the hotel, which we truly appreciate. However, except for a couple of employees, most appeared tired and showed lack of energy to extend service to guests, especially those assigned in the breakfast service.

I had to get a hotel when my Airbnb was canceled at the last minute. Now I understand why this hotel still had rooms. Don't expect to get a parking spot on the property. You will be directed to a parking garage down the street and if it is full, you're on your own. I definitely wouldn't stay here again. It desperately needs updating and cleaning! The staff was actually wonderful though.

The sink to wash your hands is outside of the bathroom, which would be ok BUT, there are no towels or towel racks to dry your hands! You have to walk back into the bathroom with wet hands in order to dry them! We had one small trash can, one roll of toilet paper and an empty box of kleenex for 3 adult women. We had to keep getting supplies from the front desk and we took clean towels from the pool area.

If you have unforeseen problems that are totally out of your control, like airlines mechanical issues and flight cancelations, DO NOT EXPECT for this hotel to assist you. I had to cancel my reservation due to not being able to meet my dated reservation. This hotel refused to work with me and with Hotels.com in the effort to get a refund, not even a partial refund of my reservation, even though it was explained to them that I had no control due to airlines flight times and dates. My recommendation, try to stay in a different hotel that is more costumer oriented, this one, sad to say, is far from that. Safe travels.

At first glance, the hotel seems to be older and a little run down (a little), but all things considered, it was a great hotel. It is centrally located to just about every activity you can do if you are not afraid to do a little bit of walking. The only real complaint I had was that like all hotels, the walls are paper thin which can be bad if you have noisy neighbors, but that can be taken care of too with some pounding on the walls 😉. All in all, a good hotel. 😊

Glad it was a sleep and run cause this is not the place for comfort. Pictures on hotels.com are filtered like a crackhead on Snapchat. Corners and edges of everything are unclean as if they ran a mop quick and said good enough. Damage to the walls and ceiling, slap some plaster and paint on and call it fixed. Check in late, go to sleep and check out early. Place is one step away from being a motel. Oh and did I mention the only parking is a multilevel garage for you to hump your luggage a quarter mile to the building?

We loved that the location was very close to Niagara Falls venues and within walkable distance to the Canadian border crossing at Rainbow Bridge. The free breakfast was a misnomer as they don't serve eggs or sausage except on weekends. The waffle machines are there every day as well as an assortment of muffins, pastries and breads. The fruit wasn't fresh and they ran out every day we were there. They booked us into an ADA room with a machine operated door, which wasn't a problem per se, but we didn't ask for it, so we had to wait about 30 seconds for the room door to close whenever we entered or exited the room. Because it was ADA, the bathroom had a pocket door (not a swing door). There was no moldings installed around the doorway so the track and hardware were exposed. The toilet was loose on its flange and made a loud thud every time it shifted. The shower dam wasn't caulked properly and leaked badly onto the bathroom floor. Also, the shower valve was plumbed incorrectly so that when hot was selected, the water ran cold and vise versa. We didn't complain as we spent most of the time outside in the beautiful Niagara Falls attractions, but a hotel with the word Quality in the name should not book rooms in which the bathrooms are in disrepair. We did enjoy our stay regardless of these issues and the staff was great, especially the folks working the impossibly busy breakfast every morning (they were constantly running out of waffle batter and fruit). Also the lighting was dim.
