I booked two deluxe rooms for one night and was very disappointed with the overall experience. One of the rooms had a clogged basin, while the other had a non-functional fridge and microwave. Cleanliness was a major issue—there were visible stains on the comforter, and the bathroom tissue holder fell off when I tried to use it. The open area had an unpleasant odor, and although the swimming pool was advertised as open, we were told it wasn’t working. Additionally, no complimentary water bottles were provided in the rooms; only after asking did we receive two. I paid $193 for both rooms, but the quality of service and amenities was far below expectations. Not satisfied at all.

Check-in experience was really bad. No one were at the desk. Lady was sleeping inside. Once she came out, no greeting, no apology. Didn't even ask for id. Hotel itself is very nice. Internet was not great.
