Office manager didn't speak English, the room needs updates to A/C and electric outlets, towels were threadbare, no ice machine, very few amenities. The beds were uncomfortable.

We (family of 6; 1 senior, 3 adults and 2 kids) stayed there for one night. We had booked two family rooms. Each room had two double beds, comfortable for a night's stay and good sleep. The owner of the place, Yash, had called up on the day of check-in to confirm our reservation. Budget-friendly, clean and comfortable accommodation option for families in a tourist prominent place. Rooms were exactly as in photos and had all the described amenities.

I loved the room size, great A/C, comfortable beds, cleanliness, and that the freezer on the mini fridge actually froze my ice pack overnight! Miracles do happen! My husband got stuck on the fact that there was no ice machine or coffee machine (room or office) and no juice or breakfast. My family favorite detail: toilet and shower in a separate room from the sink. Yes! So great for getting ready and maintaining privacy! I also totally love the parking outside the room. Loading/unloading is a snap! Overall Ratings: 5 from me. 4 from him.

Good service terrible room.

Great customer service. Attendant left a key for us to access the room off hours due to us arriving late to the hotel. Unfortunately the room was in horrable maintnance condition. Was not good maintnance and upkeep wise. Untop of that my wife and i are not smokers and the room smell like a smokers paradise. Could not get a good night sleep due to the smell.

Overall was ok experience… only problem was the old carpet inside the room was so smelly and dirty:(. I suggest to use some room freshener to make it better. I couldn’t sleep whole night because of bad smell. Otherwise the rest was no problem.

Room 123 ,the bath tub got a hole that was sealed but it looked dirty , the bathroom walls paint got bubbles in it and ready to peel off , the air conditioning will be on and off every few minutes. Someone left a bag of green onion and a bag of dried bamboo shoot in the fridge and it was noisy when people next room turn on bathroom shower water.

The hotel itself is nothing spectacular HOWEVER the staff is AMAZING. The rooms are outdated but EXTREMELY CLEAN. I will stay here again just for the friendly staff. Highly recommend.

About what you'd expect for a bargain motel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good storage options and enough electrical outlets. It looked pretty clean in spite of a musty odor. The beds were nice. Being right on a busy road means it can't help being a bit noisy all night.
