I did not stay. Filthy, the young lady I initially talked with was polite. She requested I wait an hour which did. The second person was impolite and told me to wait until 3. It was 250. I saw some of the people staying at the hotel and decided to go to a different hotel

Checked out almost immediately after checking in. Garbage throughout the room, rotten food remnants in sink, cigarette burns in linens inside a non smoking room, mysterious stains on pillow cases. DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY!! This is the worst possible property ever. The stay was so disgusting, dirty, poorly maintained. Our room had tons of mold on the ceiling, roaches everywhere (we spotted almost 8), broken chairs, dirty bedsheets, bathroom door had a huge hole in it AND the property owner/manager was incredibly rude and inappropriate with us. As soon as we checked in to our room, we noticed all of the above problems and went to them asking for a room change. They did not stating that they didnt have any more rooms (their website did say they have rooms available). We contacted Expedia for a change of stay at that instant itself but were met with threats from the property manager asking us to leave in the next 30mins, else he would call the cops. All this was also happening at 12:30am since we had a late check in. The hotel owner started calling us again and again asking us to leave since we broight up the issue with expedia. He started cursing and abusing. We couldnt leave at that moment since expedia’s relocation team couldnt find another property for us so were asked to stay just for the night. We did the same and upon checking out as soon as we could the next morning, the owner again called and started cursing saying he wouldnt agree with expedia on giving us a refund. We finally got the refund for our entire stay but had to go through so much trauma, unhygienic conditions and absolutely horrible behavior from the staff. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY

Need to upgrade property. Toilet was not flushing when we first got there due to them shutting it off. No fresh linens. No smoking room but had cigarette burns on the sheets. Had to ask for a remote as well.

An old friend came to visit, she doesn’t have much money wasn’t expecting to high standard. The people who live there or stay there monthly had a real serious unwelcoming way about them. Every time I went to the desk after checking in. I got asked for a hand out or something. There was no towels soap or toilet paper and while waiting I was asked if I had a cigarette

Do. Not. Stay here. It is a literal roach motel. I don’t expect a whole lot from places like this; I’m aware of what I booked. But I DO expect the rooms to be free of roaches; it is INFESTED. The first room they gave had roaches on the bed and a busted smoke alarm. Changed rooms and this time, there was no smoke alarm at all. I killed five roaches before I went to sleep, and couldn’t sleep peacefully because I was afraid that I’d be covered in them. Woke up and killed more roaches. Again, THIS ‘MOTEL’ IS LITERALLY CRAWLING WITH ROACHES EVERYWHERE. I literally skipped showering before my flight just to leave that place; woke up and found TWO roaches in the bathtub itself. The linens appeared clean, but honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve never been washed. The ‘comforter’ certainly hasn’t. The towels and wash clothes were dingy and filthy. I didn’t even want to use them because I wasn’t sure if they’d never been washed or were just dingy. Felt disgusted and literally went and bought a towel and wash clothe from Walmart down the street. The bathroom was also filthy. Looked like the toilet seat had never been cleaned, the shower was gross and dirty. One of the staff was an a-hole about resetting my room key. Interrogated me and then demanded the room key, fixed it, and threw it back at me because it was the middle of the night before storming off. This is your job dude. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND GET IT OFF EXPEDIA. The place honestly needs to be shut down,

This place does not look like the pictures on line. It was dirty, floors needs sweeping, bathtubs were dirty. Bathroom commode stopped up, horrible lobby and if I could have gotten my money back from you last night we wouldn’t stay.
